We had a great time at the open day last Sunday with Cecil Green Arts! 😁

Circus Skills, smashing and restoring ceramics, rock painting, puppet making and an educational puppet show too! It was a good time!

And that's a wrap on Christy and Katie delivering two series of 'Calm and Create' creative wellbeing sessions run at St.Philips Church and at the Anchor Project. We have had lots of laughs, a few tears and hopefully some better understanding of what happens to our bodies under stress and what we can do about it (whilst also getting creative).

We have a free drop-in afternoon coming soon on Saturday 7th Feb from 1pm to 4pm at our workshop space in St.Philips Church, Girlington. We'll have circus skills, a puppet craft activity and a planting activity on offer. No need to book, just turn up! 🙂
