This time of year can be extra challenging and sometimes lonely for some of our community. The beauty of Islam is that we are all one big family Alhamdulillah.

*‎{ إِنَّ هَـٰذِهِۦۤ أُمَّتُكُمۡ أُمَّةࣰ وَ ٰ⁠حِدَةࣰ وَأَنَا۠ رَبُّكُمۡ فَٱعۡبُدُونِ }*
*Indeed, this community of yours is one community and I am your Lord, so worship Me.*

Alhamdulillah first Sisters Saturday Night Qiyaam this Ramadan was full of inspirational reminders about having conviction in faith, seeking hope through the Quran and building patience and resilience. May Allah swt reward our amazing speakers.

Last weekend our inspiring speakers got us ready and set for Ramadan alhamdulillah it’s now go time!

یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُتِبَ عَلَیۡكُمُ ٱلصِّیَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِینَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَتَّقُونَ﴿ ١٨٣ ﴾

‘O believers! Fasting is prescribed for you—as it was for those before you—so perhaps you will become mindful ˹of God˺’. 2:183

The main aim - Taqwa, God consciousness.
