How to handle grief and loss with faith?

Understanding the balance between expressing sorrow and remaining patient with the divine decree. This reflection highlights how to grieve healthily by turning to Allāh Almighty with vulnerability rather than questioning His judgement.

By examining the examples of Prophet Muhammad (saw) and Prophet Ya’qūb (a.s), the narrative explores the difference between complaining to God about one's pain versus complaining against God about His actions. It serves as a reminder to reflect on personal accountability amidst global tragedies.

No Tafsir Tonight

Please note that is now on hold until the start of the new academic year in September, Insha-Allah.
Many of our students are currently in their revision and examination period, so the classes have been paused to allow them to focus on their studies. We kindly request your du'as for all our students, that Allah ﷻ grants them success, beneficial knowledge and ease in their examinations. Ameen.

We look forward to welcoming you back in September, Insha-Allah. Details of the first Weekly Tafsir of the new academic year will be shared nearer the time.
