📦 WAREHOUSE WEDNESDAY 📦

DONATIONS ARE DOWN — BUT THE NEED IS STILL HERE

We’ve been looking at what’s coming through our warehouse, and the difference between last summer and this summer is significant.

📊 June–July 2025
9,669.5kg of food donated

📊 June–July 2026
6,284.2kg of food donated

That’s 3,385.3kg less food coming through our doors — a 35% decrease in just one year.

And whilst donations have fallen, the need for our foodbank hasn’t disappeared.

Every tin, packet, box and bag donated helps us keep our shelves stocked and means we can continue providing food and support to local people when they need it most.

💚 We are incredibly grateful for every single donation we receive.

But right now, we need our community more than ever.

If you can donate, please do…you can find out ways to do this on our website 💚

If your workplace, school, community group or supermarket can run a collection, we’d love to hear from you.

Because 3,385kg may be a number on a spreadsheet to some — but in our warehouse, it represents meals that could have helped someone through a difficult time.

Together, we can turn this around. 💚
