Today we shared a beautiful celebration of the feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary, much enriched by the singing of Alexandra Burstow- Soprano making a welcome return to the stalls at St Stephen's. The setting was the plainsong Missa Orbis Factor and the motet was Ave Maria (Schubert).

Hymns include ‘Holy Virgin, by God’s decree’ and ‘Sing we of the blessed Mother’.

The communion motet is Schubert’s Ave Maria.

Canon Andrew Gough is the celebrant and preacher.
