St Anne's with St James' St Anne's Church, Turton and St James' Church, Edgworth unite in worshipping God in this beautiful community.

Those who worship here regularly are privileged to live in this very beautiful part of Lancashire. This splendid church is set in delightful grounds which give it an air of peace and tranquillity. It has been aptly called "the cathedral on the hill". If you take a visit to the church we know you will return to your home refreshed in body, mind and spirit. e generations of parishioners who have worshipped here, been baptised in the font, married at the Chancel steps and who are now resting in God's acre outside.
