Ascension Day-Thursday 14th May.
We're running services across our Mussion Community as part of the "Thy Kingdom Come" prayer week.
There will be a service at St John's Wingates at 10.30am and evening services at Rivington Parish Church and one at one of the Deane/Lostock churches- more details to follow.

St Bartholomew's Smartie tube collection

Many thanks to everyone who has completed the smartie tube collection over Lent and returned their tubes.
We've raised £339.70 for church funds.

St George's Church and school opened on St George's Day 23rd April 1996.
To mark our 30th birthday we're having a special cafe church service on Sunday 26th April at 9.15am, so please come along andcelebrate with us.

Ignite Youth -Community Connections Cafe
We are holding a cafe for people in out communities who want somewhere to meet up and they can play games or just chat.
And of course, tea and cake will be served.
Come and join us on Saturday 25th April between 10.30 and noon at St Johns's Wingates church, Chorley Road, Westhoughton, BL5 3PL.
