Gareth, one of our church members, is walking 1000km to raise money to support the 1st Bletchley Boys' Brigade and Girls' Association Centenary Celebrations and the Water Eaton Church Centre building project. 🚶‍♂️

Please do give if you can to support both of these important causes!

Gareth explains more below:

"To celebrate the new football season, I will be taking the Virtual 92 Walking Challenge to visit all 92 English Football League grounds – a distance of 1,000 km. I have 12 months to complete this challenge, but my aim is to complete the challenge by the end of the football season in May 2027.

I have set an optimistic target of £1,000 – a £1 for each km. Please support if you are able. Thank you."

Our all age service always takes place on the first Sunday of the month, and our Junior Church stay in for the whole service.

Today, we held the first of a series of ‘On the Road’ taster sessions, as a family orientated all-age service with children’s’ activities, celebrating birthdays, and learning about ‘Tabernacle’.

It was good to be joined by our friends from St Frideswide’s and a surprise visit by Ricky Rew, our former Youth Minister, Tracy and Isaac.

Edit: We forgot to mention celebrating the Golden Wedding Anniversary of David and Lynda Ashby, during the service. Congratulations, David and Lynda!

Next week we will be led by the Lighthouse Group, commencing at 10:30.
