where people are accepted for who they are in the eyes of Christ, a place where you can grow and mature as a Christian in a friendly and family oriented Church. We are here to help and nurture you along your spiritual path, to lead you by the hand amongst the thorns and briers of life, and to provide a place where you can find rest in the presence of God during your busy week. We hold a number of different services and activities throughout the week, so there are plenty of opportunities for you to sing praises to God, pray to His Holy Name, hear the preaching of the Word, study the Bible in depth and meet other Christians for social events and activities. We hold Sunday School and Kids Club, where we even teach them to play the Ukulele and there are games and story times to occupy their minds and bodies. We do hope you will drop by for a visit, and hopefully return, to our Family of God by the seaside. God Bless

Our collection on on Sunday for Janet Smith has raised £316. Great going from all the congregation at Victory Baptist Church. Let’s make sure we are ready on Sunday the 1st of March and let's be a blessing by reaching our goal of £1000. Praise God for all of your kindness.

This coming Sunday, the 15th of February, we will be having a special offering to raise funds for our sister Janet Smith, who has suffered a house fire before Christmas and needs some some help getting things rectified. Janet is a fairly new Christian, and has been a regular attendee at our church and is seeking baptism. Let's show her what the people of God can do when, even when the devil is attacking.

Sorry that we did not stream our message on Sunday afternoon. This was not a technical problem. Our new Deacon, Joe Alsworth, preached his first message, but was very nervous, so we decided to not go online. He will be preaching in the afternoon next week as well and we will be going live as usual. What an encouragement. Stand up for Jesus folks.

If you believe the. Who are we to deny you?

We have had to cancel tonight's 6.15pm Prayer meeting and bible study due to sickness. I have caught this sickness bug that's going round. I hope to be well enough by Sunday to preach and I will see you there, God willing.

Yours in Christ,
Oliver

Please remember to pray for those who are going through hard times at the moment. I know that we all have problems but some people are really struggling with this life it's spiralling costs and lack of work, and serious illness is rife and affects many beyond the scope of our casual perception. I would particularly like to raise up Barry, Ozzy, and Matthew. All three are going through some stuff (biblical term) at the moment, and they are all being challenged. I am praying that God delivers them and it brings each one of them closer to Christ, their Saviour.

Thank you for your prayers,
Your servant in Christ,
Pastor Olly

Boxing day coffee morning was a blessing to all that attended. Thanks to Nikki Reid for being the chef, yet again 👩‍🍳 (despite being seriously tired herslef). Thanks to all the clean up crew and those willing to serve and spread the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to all those in need. We even had people from the homeless shelters attend and it was an honour to help them, to serve them and help to ease their burden at Christmas. All the kids had a blast especially.

We are all excited to see so many new faces, especially those who are coming this Sunday after experiencing the kindness of my church brothers and sisters. You are a credit to Victory Baptist Church.

Have a great evening with your families. Emma and I are praying that we see you all this Sunday, God willing.

Praise God for making all this possible and drawing us all together in His glorious name and that of His glorious Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

All our Love,
Olly & Emma

A great big thank you to all who made yesterday at church such a special day. Whether it was those who laboured to upgrade the kitchen ready for it's pending inspection, or those who gave up so much time with family and friends to come and serve their brothers and sisters, and the poor an needy of blackpool, I can't thank you enough. Morning Service was packed and we served over 55 meals, with more than a few going to Blackpool's homeless families and individuals. It was a beautiful day in the Lord. Many got hear the gospel at the morning service who had never heard it before, and so many of them will be found in church this coming Sunday. Please pray for their salvation and praise God for all that He has achieved yesterday. To God be the glory folks.
