Blackpool Salvation Army's Bridge Project Updates from Blackpool Salvation Army’s Bridge Project, our day centre for people who are homeless We run group sessions and appointments on Wednesdays.

The Salvation Army's Bridge Project is a church-based day drop-in service for people facing homelessness or who are vulnerably housed, providing practical assistance with breakfast and hot lunches, laundry facilities, showers and toiletries, food parcels and clothes. Clients can access support from our Support Staff, as well as from third-party service providers including Housing, Drug and Alcohol

Services, Nurses, and Mental Health teams. We are open for drop-in services on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
Breakfast: 9am-11.00
Lunch: 12:00 - 14.00. The project can be accessed via the lower rear entrance of The Salvation Army Citadel on Raikes Parade in Blackpool. Other activities are regularly arranged and advertised here on Facebook or outside our building. Please contact us by email ([email protected]) or call (01253 299835) with any questions. The Salvation Army's Bridge Project is the largest support project of it’s type in the area and has been running for over 20 years. This happens because of the work of our dedicated staff team, and incredible volunteers. We are grateful for the support of the whole community through donations of money, food, clothing and resources.
