Super lovely pet service at Westbury Gardens joint service with North Blackburn last Sunday. 🙏🙏

All creatures great and small we’re celebrated and given thanks for. Each pet in attendance or remotely represented by a photograph were individually blessed. Prayers also recognised beloved pets that have passed away, those in situations of neglect or abuse and those persecuted or hunted by humans.
Mal’s pet service is in its 11th year and even though he retires next year I’m sure this much loved service will continue to be held each year. 🙏

Next Sunday we are having our annual Pet Blessing Service at our sister church Westbury Gardens United Reformed Church Blackburn BB1 1XF at 10.30am.

All pets are very welcome or a photograph if you can’t physically bring your pet or one of a pet you’ve owned in the past to receive a blessing during the service and have fun.

Well behaved humans are also very welcome.

Sunflower Service@ George & Clemmie’s Farm

What a stunning location to worship. 60+ people came to the service including 10 children. 🙏 The calves seem to love it too 😍

Carol and Ruth want to thank everyone who took part and helped to make such a lovely service. It has become a highlight of the church calendar.

We dedicated the service this year to two people of our congregation, Shirley L and Michael E who have passed away recently. May they rest in eternal peace with our Lord. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families 🙏🙏

Breakfast and crafting... It's a perfect morning for me!
Come and join us for either just breakfast and a natter or a fun filled morning of Eco crafts.
If your child is joining Brownhill Playgroup Ltd in September it woud be a great opportunity to familiarise your child with the building and meet other parents.
If you have been to Cuppa with Company you will know it is a great way to meet up and have a chat.
So whether you are new and coming for the first time or you are a regular... you will be most welcome! See you there. Carol

The outdoor space is fabulous for the youngsters to explore and have fun 🤩 it was lovely to meet the children,their parents and grandparents. I’m sure the children enjoyed their ice creams - the best way to cool off after a busy day of playing 😋🍦Kielie and her team welcome anyone looking for a preschool place for their child in September to get in touch and arrange a visit.
