St. Andrew's Church Livesey is a Church of England, evangelical community. We now meet in Livesey All Age Centre every Sunday morning.

ALL are welcome to join us for prayer, praise and Bible teaching.

We pray for our mission partners Platform 67 who support gospel outreach work by local people in remote areas worldwide. They ask for prayers in these particular countries:
Ethiopia: god's strength to weary believers and to bring people to faith in Jesus
Algeria, Ask the Lord to raise up new Algerian workers.
Thailand , Pry for the work in translating sections of the Bible into sign language and sharing the gospel with thai deaf communities.
Tunisia, pray for the President for just leadership and for people to come to faith

Join us tomorrow morning at St Andrew’s Church, Livesey. Everyone is welcome.

In our Bible talk we continue our series in John's Gospel with this passage, where Jesus heals the royal official's son. We can take time to reflect on what this reveals about Jesus and what it means to follow Him.
We'll also enjoy singing together and sharing in prayer.

After the service, we'd love you to stay for tea or coffee, a biscuit, and a friendly chat. A light lunch will be served later on. We look forward to welcoming you.

This week, we focus our prayers on the Power family our mission partners currently based in Germany after a spending a few years living and working in Kenya.
We give thanks for the support they have been given in this big adjustment, particularly the children settling into new schools.

Everyone is welcome to join us at St Andrew’s Church, Livesey, for our morning service tomorrow.

In this week's Bible reading , Jesus uses the example of the sower and the reaper of harvest crops, to explain how followers can enjoy eternal life through belief in Him as Saviour of the world.
There will also songs of worship and time for prayer,for our church, community and the wider world.
Sunday school is available for the children .

After the service, we'd love you to stay for a chat over tea or coffee and a biscuit, with a light lunch served later. Whether you're a regular or it's your first visit, you'll receive a warm welcome.

This week we focus our prayers on churches within the North West Gospel Partnership .
🔸Matt Rich and the church family of Bethany Christian Church, /Ulverston.
We thank the Lord for their continuing encouragement each Sunday.
We pray that they may be blessed with a 3rd Elder
We pray that people who hear the Gospel will act on what they hear and not be passive.
🔸Gerry Straker and the church family of Church by the Bay, Morecombe
Thanks to god for new regular members.
Pray for continued sharing of the Gospel amongst neighbours and colleagues.
Pray for their regular outreach groups for young and old in the community
🔸Simon Gregory & Ray Lane and the church family of Hope Church, Ambleside
Praise God for the 4 new members and the growing kids team

Our Bible talk will be based on this passage; continuing our study of John's gospel where Jesus talks to the Samaritan woman at the well.
We'll also sing together, spend time in prayer, and enjoy fellowship as we gather to worship.

Everyone is very welcome to join us at St Andrew’s Church, Livesey, for our morning service tomorrow.
This week, we celebrate the Lord's Supper with communion.
Our Bible talk will continue in John’s Gospel, with this passage, where John the baptist, testifies about Jesus. We’ll also share songs of worship and spend time together in prayer.

After the service, there’ll be the chance to enjoy a brew and a biscuit, with a light lunch served later on. We’d love to see you there.
