We had a lovely service this morning led by Rev Clare Downing, Moderator of the North West Synod. During the service, Rev Clare ordained and inducted Joyce and Jim Ogden into the Eldership, which made it especially meaningful. 🙏🏼

As Rev Clare will be retiring at the end of May, it was particularly nice that she brought along Rev Mike Thomason, the incoming Moderator, who is currently shadowing her ahead of taking on the role.

There was then food put on by the Church for everyone afterwards - what a wonderful day 🫶🏻
