You start with “Dear God…”
…and suddenly you’re thinking about your shopping list, a random memory from 2009, and whether penguins have knees. 😅
But here’s the thing: God isn’t annoyed by the wandering mind.
Every time you come back to Him, that is the prayer.
ADHD prayer might be messy…
but it’s still real.
And God meets us there. ✝️
