We are really pleased to be hosting one of two Birmingham-based book launches for Rev Jody Stowell's new book, 'Bruised Reeds and Mustard Seeds - The Gift of the Small Church". We believe that churches like ours have so much to offer the wider church and are looking forward to what will no doubt be a lively conversation. Jody will be in conversation with Rev Canon Dr Mark Pryce, Director of Ministry for The Church of England - Birmingham with Rev Claire facilitating. All are welcome but it would be really helpful if you could let us know you're coming by using the QR code or with the link in the comments.

Locally, you can attend an ascension service at St Stephen's Church Rednal at 11am or at St Leonard's Church, Frankley at 3.30pm or you could head into Birmingham for a choral Eucharist at the cathedral. The cathedral service will also be live streamed - link below...

Here at St Chad's, we'll be celebrating during our service on Sunday 17th, which starts at 10am.

We were delighted to welcome Bishop Michael to the C**k Hill Cafe Church today as we reflected on the story of the Emmaus Road. Bishop Michael shared some of his own walk with Jesus, and we made some footprint prayers.

We're at Deelands Hall every Sunday at 4.30pm - all welcome!
