St Mark with St Saviour Saltley St Mark with St Saviour Saltey is a traditional Anglo-Catholic parish in the diocese of Birmingham under the pastoral care of the Bishop of Ebbsfleet.

The parish of St Mark with St Saviour Saltley, is a united benefice. St Saviour is the older church which is a grade 2 listed building, standing proudly on the corner of St Saviour's road and Hall road (B8 1HW). St Mark is a wonderful red brick building just across the viaduct on the Washwood heath road (B8 2XS). Both churches follow the Anglo-Catholic tradition with the Church of England. We are

The Bishop of Oswestry is delighted to share the news, announced at his Chrism Mass in Lichfield on Holy Monday, that Fr Alan Thompson SSC has accepted the Bishop's invitation to serve as Regional Dean for the Pastoral Region incorporating Birmingham & Coventry Dioceses and the Oswestry parishes in Milton Keynes.

Fr Thompson serves faithfully as Parish Priest of S. Saviour's Saltly and S. Mark's Washwood Heath in the Diocese of Birmingham.
