We have managed to recruit volunteers and Messy worship will now meet on the first Sunday of the month. First being Sunday 6th September at 11am

We start in church before moving into the hall after the collect, for Bible reading and craft and then rejoining church for communion. This is suitable for families. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Tomorrow Sunday August 16th we have our 11am Parish Sung Communion, sadly this is the last service Revd Fiona will be leading us in, until she moves to Brighton, we wish her and her family love and prayers in their new home.
We also wish Tony and Hazel Teale a very happy Diamond Anniversary and wish them both all the love and happiness they deserve.

As communities across our region face the impact of devastating fires, the Bishops of Birmingham and Aston pray for all affected.

“We are deeply saddened by the fires that have affected communities across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands region.

“We hold in our prayers those who have seen their homes damaged or destroyed, those who have been evacuated, and all who are frightened by the fires and smoke.

“We give thanks for the emergency services who are working tirelessly to keep people safe, and for the neighbours and communities who are looking out for one another.

“In times like this, we are reminded how much we depend on one another. Our prayer is that those who are frightened or grieving will know the strength and kindness of those around them.”
