Today marks a special occasion as our former vicar, Revd Emma Sykes, is collated and installed as the Archdeacon of East Derbyshire at Derby Cathedral.

In this joyful service, the Dean will collate Emma to her new role and place her in her stall within the Cathedral, marking this significant moment in Emma’s ministry.

The service begins at 5.15pm and will be livestreamed on the Derby Cathedral YouTube page for anyone wishing to watch along from home.

We continue to hold Emma in our prayers as she begins this next chapter of her journey 🙏
