Announcement – New Parish Priest

Dear Parishioners of Our Lady of Fatima, Quinton,

We are pleased to announce that Father Jason Mahoney has been appointed as the new Parish Priest of Our Lady of Fatima, Quinton. He will be moving into the parish on Saturday 1st August.

Father Jason is currently serving as Assistant Priest at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Redditch.

We ask you to give him a very warm welcome when he arrives, and please keep him in your prayers as he prepares for his new ministry among us.

May the Lord bless him in his service to our parish community.

Today we remember the suffering and crucifixion of Jesus Christ – the innocent Lamb who gave His life so we could be set free. Nailed to a cross, He bore the weight of all sin, endured unimaginable pain, and still spoke words of love and forgiveness.

It’s Holy Thursday today.
We celebrate the Mass of the Lord's Last Supper to commemorate the Institution of the Sacrament of the Eucharist and the Ministerial Priesthood. It is on this day that we remember that the Command to Love is imperative.

LUNAR NEW YEAR 2026
A huge thank you to our Lunar New Year celebration team who raised a staggering £769.00 for parish funds. The event was a huge success and thank you to our Hong Kong parishioners for organising such a wonderful event for our Parish community.
