The truth about connection 💫⭐️
As I’m sat looking out at the sea & listening to the waves crash the Spiritual connection is flowing. The warmth of the temperature the mist in the air… I have such clarity for my client & where I am taking them vibrationally & spiritually today…
It’s made me feel into why at times do we feel more connected. Is it our environment? Something we experience personally in life? When we clear our mind?
Sure all of these things matter & make a difference yet what has come through today is real connection comes when what is is allowed to be becomes. Simple acceptance of you, your flaws, your connection & what is.
Glorified version of gratitude if I was to explain it in layman’s terms. Yet it’s hard to experience this when you aren’t in this vibration yet you are seeking it. If you are seeking this you are disconnected.
Sometimes when we go off kilter we experience profound shifts in life that have us questioning who we even are.. it’s in these moments of difficulty that you so truly find yourself although it’s a turbulent experience.
What we want to say to you is this- until you allow every moment to just be, until you allow yourself to feel peace & grounded in yourself you will be forever searching for something that’s there for you right now…
The only concerns for you should be how do I connect daily with me & my soul…

💫Adapt & try different ways to calm your mind
💫Listen & respond to your bodies needs
💫Do not care about what others think about you focusing on you
This is a journey you are all meant to be on a different one stop trying to be the same-
For then you will find connection ⭐️
