Watch out for the rose vestments (and the announcement about them this morning) I last wore on Gaudete Sunday in Advent. This Sunday is Laetare Sunday.

Both days refer to happiness, they are both days of joyous anticipation in the midst of the penitential seasons of advent and lent.
