Today was our toy link service. All these wonderful toys will be going to Birmingham City Mission. They will then be distributed to underprivileged families. Its amazing to see the generosity of those who gave to this cause. This year thanks to this a family will receive a gift that might have gone without. Thanks to Birmingham City Mission and your generosity.

Next Sunday 11th is our 70th anniversary of Falcon Lodge Chapel. We will be holding a special service to celebrate this occasion. The Chapel has been serving the community of Falcon Lodge and surrounding areas for all these years. Praise God. Many people have come though our doors over the years and come to know God. We will also be holding an event in the summer which everyone is welcome to attend and see what Falcon Lodge Chapel has done over the years. If you used to be a member of the chapel, why not come and see us this Sunday. What a wonderful work God is doing in Falcon Lodge.

Last Sunday was our harvest festival service. At this time of year, farmers are gathering the harvest of what they sowed earlier in the year. What they sow will depend on what harvest they will get. The same can be said for us. You reap what you sow. If your heart is bad, you will reap bad things. Set your heart on good things so you will have rewards from God. All this produce will be going to Brimington City Mission.

Tomorrows service will be lead by our guest speaker Alistair Crooks from MAF ( Mission Aviation Fellowship ). They fly small plains into some of the most poorest countries into areas that would otherwise not be accessible. Why not come tomorrow morning and find out all that they do.
