Looking for a welcoming space to stay active, connect, and enjoy a cuppa with friends? Every Tuesday from 11am-12:30pm at Birkenshaw Methodist Church, we host "Sit & Be Fit" – a free chair fitness class designed for all abilities, followed by a relaxed social session with tea/coffee and biscuits. ☕🍪💬
