Trade the gym playlist for your favourite worship songs and join a community dedicated to honoring God through dance fitness. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just love to move, this hour is for you.

It’s more than a workout; it’s a space to let go, recharge, and find fellowship through rhythm.

Who is it for? Primarily adults, but we are totally kid-friendly! Whether you’re coming solo or have the kids in tow, there’s a place for you here❤️
