A shout out to all the wonderful and amazing Mum's we have for Mothering Sunday this weekend. At St James' Church we'll be honouring all those who care for us, recognising it isn't always easy, yet rejoicing in the love that can surround us whatever our circumstances. You'll be most welcome to join us for our Mothering Sunday Service - we start at 10.30am and the Service lasts for just about an hour. See you there!

Christmas is coming! We'll be celebrating the greatest story ever at St James Church and invite you to join us. The Annual North End Community Carol Service 2025 will be on Tuesday 9th December at 7pm. Everyone is welcome - come along and join in as we share the good news together. Put the date and time in your calendar, tell your friends, and don't miss out. The Service lasts about an hour, with tea and mince pies afterwards. Just two weeks to go...!

As Summer turns to Autumn, we often think of those we love who are no longer with us. On Sunday 26th October we will be holding our Annual Memorial Service at St James Church at 3pm. We read out the names of those we remember in the Service. All are welcome, and you can add the names of those you'd like us to include when you arrive. New term, fresh start! Join us on Sundays at St James at 10.30am for our weekly service. This Sunday (7th Sept) we have our Family and All-Age Service which includes activities for everyone. During term-time our Sunday Club meets during our Service for Primary School children and their parents. Come along and find out more. Thank you.

Join us at St James Church this Sunday evening 22nd June for a Celebration Service with friends from other local Churches and across the Wirral - all welcome: 6pm for a 6.30pm start. Delighted that Simon Guillebaud will be our speaker. Worship, teaching and prayer. A wonderful opportunity to worship together.

Today as a nation we mark the 80th Anniversary of VE Day - the end of the Second World War in Europe. We remain grateful to all who served, those who gave their lives for our freedom, and for all who endured six long years of conflict: to all we say, “Thank you!”
The St James Centre are hosting a traditional Street Party from 3.30pm to 5pm this afternoon - do go along if you can.

Celebrate Easter at St James! We have an All-age and Family Service at 10.30am on Good Friday (for around 40 minutes), and an Easter Celebration Service with Holy Communion on Easter Sunday (also at 10.30am, for about an hour).
