Thank you to everyone who helped to make yesterday's fayre so special. Thanks for your generosity in so many ways. We raised over £1400 to support the church.
A poll in June was unanimous about the need for a toilet at church. We are now launching a further short survey to widen the question about what will build welcome at church in practical terms - it will take just a few minutes to complete. All the fun of the fayre starts at 2pm including a chance to Outrev the Rev. And if you're too small to fit on the bike you can pitch yourselves in the build-a-bike dice game. *Actual scenery may not match mountainous image😊
Prizes to be won, items to buy, cakes to eat, rats to splat and so much more, not least sunshine and good company. See you there.

A packed weekend of fun and worship at church: the fayre on Saturday afternoon; and on Sunday an 8am traditional Holy Communion Service and an 11am Family Service celebrating a special festival to mark the start of the season of 'Creationtide' in the church calendar.

Correction to the post re. The Church Fayre- Donations can be dropped off at the Church on Friday 4th September between 6pm and 8pm and on Saturday 5th September between 9.30am and 11.30am.

There's another opportunity to worship today at St Laurence’s Church, Caversfield at 6pm (and enjoy a glass of Pimms too!)

Our service this Sunday (30 August) is Songs of Praise at 6pm, also known as Hymns & Pimms 😀 A good selection of well known hymns and a glass of Pimms afterwards (other drinks are available), all are welcome at this service of celebration.
