We've got a car park on-site and a ramp to help you come in if you would find steps difficult. God wants to speak into your life today. We had a really fun class last week incorporating swiss balls. Every week has different exercises. For women, taught by a woman.
Studies show you don't need to kill yourself to make a difference. Feeling energised, releasing endorphins and enjoying your workout has a far more positive effect. Avoiding increased cortisol which leads to belly fat.
