From being out and about meeting with church leaders each week, we are very aware that leading a church can be deeply rewarding, but it can also bring real challenges. We believe it is important to create space for church leaders to pause, reflect, and be encouraged together.

We’re so excited to welcome our new Northern Ireland Associate, Olivia, to the team! 🎉 Olivia is a recent law graduate, and we can’t wait to see how God uses her skills, interests and abilities as she joins us in making Jesus known and serving our members well.

Here's what she had to say about starting the role, “I am so excited for this next chapter! I applied for the graduate scheme because I am passionate about the role the church plays in society and how faith shapes the world around us. I'm particularly looking forward to meeting and learning from people across different churches and organisations, learning about the challenges and opportunities facing the church today.

Most of all, I'm looking forward to seeing how God uses this year to stretch me, teach me and shape me. I am excited to see what the year ahead holds."
