JUDITH GREENE is a Mindfulness Practitioner offering gentle, grounded support for people wishing to slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore life with more clarity, kindness and presence.  

With a deep love of poetry and its capacity to speak to the heart, Judith weaves mindful awareness with carefully chosen verse to create a reflective and soothing experience that supports emotional wellbeing and connection.  

Judith has a Diploma in Teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Interventions from The Mindfulness Centre, Dublin and is a member of the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland. She has also trained with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation.  

At Look North, Judith will guide a unique session exploring mindful living through poetry — inviting participants to listen deeply, breathe, reflect, and feel the quiet ways that language and awareness can touch the soul.
