FROM CLASSROOM TO CASTLES! 🏫🏰

It’s Your Move for P7’s us being run up and down the country in lots of different settings! Yesterday, I got to swap the classroom for a castle and join the P7’s from Cregagh Primary in Castlewellan Castle who were there on their leavers residential! We got to spend a fun filled afternoon thinking about the changes, choices and challenges of post-primary school and share Bible stories full of applications!

I’ve shared part of Daniel’s story through It’s Your Move lessons and workshops for quite a few years now, but this was the first time I got to stand on castle grounds as I shared about a time Daniel got to stand on castle grounds and be bold and say NO to those who were trying to persuade him to do something he was completely against! Let’s pray for P7’s as they step into a new season, let’s pray they would be able to make wise and good choices in the years to come 🙏🏼

🥳 LEADHILL P7 WORKSHOP 🥳

It was an absolute joy to be back in Leadhill Primary School this morning to deliver our one-off ‘It’s Your Move’ workshop with a class full of P7’s that engaged and participated so well! It was a joy to have Tagle from Mountpottinger Presbyterian Church there to deliver the workshop alongside me and throw in some Latin flavour into the mix!
We cannot wait to celebrate and consider the changes, choices and challenges of post-primary school with P7’s from across all schools in East Belfast and beyond at our It’s Your Move Party on the 13th June! 🎉

🎈🥳 IT'S YOUR MOVE 🥳🎈

Join us in praying for the over 850 pupils who are going through 'It's Your Move' this year in the district of SUNI's Schools Project - East Belfast, the 16 schools who are inviting us, and the 30 churches that are partnering with us this year to help deliver and support these!

🎉 NETTLEFIELD IT’S YOUR MOVE 🎉

Some local churches partnered to deliver the one-off It’s Your Move workshop this morning in Nettlefield Primary School Noticeboard with the two amazing P7 classes!
Thank you Charlene from Willowfield Church, Tash from King’s Belfast and Tagle from Mountpottinger Presbyterian Church!
We hope to see many of these P7’s at our It’s Your Move Party on the 13th June, as we celebrate with P7’s across East Belfast and beyond! 🎈

It’s Your Move season is underway!!

Throughout May and June we anticipate that well over 1000 P7s will receive these lessons from Churches and SU staff members, exploring the changes, choices and challenges that the move to Big School will bring.

Please pray that these lessons will really equip P7s and that they will know that they are loved and supported by the Churches in their communities (as well as by us in SUNI) ❤️

🥳 IT’S YOUR MOVE ELMGROVE 🥳

We spent all morning running our one-off It’s Your Move workshop with nearly 90 wonderful P7 pupils in Elmgrove Primary School Belfast!
We didn’t manage to get a full team photo, but we still want to shoutout a big thanks to Ruth from St Donards Church, Charlene from Willowfield Church and Philip from McQuiston Church for helping to deliver this interactive workshop in the school hall!
P7’s also had the opportunity to take It’s Your Move Party invites home, and are all invited to join us as we celebrate with P7’s across East Belfast and beyond on Saturday 13th June 🎉

🥳 IT’S YOUR MOVE KNOCKBREDA 🥳

This afternoon we finished delivering the third and final It’s your Move lesson with the wonderful P7’s in Knockbreda P.S.!
Huge thanks to Dave from Knockbreda Parish and Su, Raymond, Iris and Sandy from Newtownbreda (St John's) Presbyterian Church for helping to deliver these!
We handed out It’s Your Move Party invites, and these two churches have also very kindly gifted each pupil an ‘It’s Your Move’ book to take home 🎉
