DCF A musical group that seek to provide parish groups with music resources for Mass and paraliturgies

We are a voluntary, non-profit making, Christian organisation in the Catholic tradition who are committed to providing music that in the main addresses the requirements of the Church's liturgical year.We are made up of people with a common purpose - a desire to sing and share music with others. From our foundation over 25 years ago our work has been for the most part in the diocese of Down and Connor in Ireland.

It may seem like it’s a long way off but it’ll be here before you know it 🎶 Mark it in your diaries now!

Congratulations to our friend Bishop Dónal McKeown on the celebration of the 25th anniversary of his Episcopal Ordination. Bishop Dónal was a great support to DCF in the early years and celebrated many of our folk weekend Masses. Wishing him every blessing at this special time.

A huge congratulations to the music ministry team in Glenavyandkilleadparish. The collective sound of Mater Dei Folkgroup and St. Joseph's Choir was just beautiful at celebration of the Eucharist for the Solemn Dedication of the Altar of Mater Dei church. Well done to you all. You enhanced the liturgy wonderfully. 👏 🎶

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our friend and former DCF member Yvonne O'Rourke.
We remember Yvonne fondly and cherish the memories of our time together in DCF.
Today our thoughts and prayers are for Yvonne, her husband Brian, son Daniel, daughter in law Bethany, grandson Arthur and all her family at this sad time.
Our thoughts are also with her folk group family and dear friends who gave her so much support and love throughout her illness.

St Cecilia Pray for her.
May she rest in peace.

Dedicated to the memory of Yvonne O'Rourke
