Come just as you are, and you will be given a warm welcome!

McQuiston is a warm and friendly community of Christians who are passionate about sharing the Good News of Jesus with East Belfast. We gather together on a Sunday Morning for Coffee and Cake @ 10:30am, before Worship @ 11:00am. Come just as you are, and you will be given a warm welcome! If you have children, there is also a Crèche and a Sunday School. We also gather to Worship God @ 7pm in a very

relaxed setting. Afterwards we always have Coffee and Snacks together! We meet to pray for our community on Wednesday @ 7pm. Please let us know if we can pray for you. Lots of things happen during the week. Follow us on Facebook or Twitter to find out more!

We’re so excited to have our shared Holy Week Services again this year with our friends at Mountpottinger Presbyterian Church and Ravenhill Presbyterian Church Community.

With Easter on the horizon, we would like to draw your attention to our Holy Week services. Once again this year we will be joining with our friends from Mountpottinger Presbyterian Church and McQuiston Church for three special combined services on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings at 7:30 pm. Please try to join us at these gatherings as we meditate upon the events of that first Holy Week. Everyone is welcome!

Mcquiston Ladies had an evening of fashion, fun and fellowship. Melanie Bond shared with the ladies about how her faith has impacted her life and led to her "Wearable Truth" jewellery business.
Well done to our mcquiston models.

We’d a special morning in church today as we celebrated Sheila’s 90th Birthday with a special lunch after the service. Sheila is such an important part of our church family and it was great to celebrate with her!

Over the past year, our elders have been praying and reflecting on the way ahead for us as a church family. As part of that process, we have identified three core commitments that we want to shape everything we do moving forward.

Deeper – We want to grow deeper in our dependence on God through prayer; deeper in our devotion, with all that we do grounded and rooted in God’s Word; and deeper in our discipleship, equipping every member for fruitful service.

Wider – We want to become wider in our witness, making disciples in the community where God has placed us. We also want to be wider in our expectations, ready to follow God’s leading and open to changes in priority and direction. And we want a wider outlook, becoming more kingdom-minded as we recognise how God is at work across our city and our world.

Together – We want to be a caring and authentic community marked by trust and genuine love for one another. We seek to be good stewards of everything God has given us—our money, resources, and time. We long to be a church that welcomes people as they are and invites them to meet Jesus.

We will be exploring these themes over the next three Sunday mornings at 11am, as we seek to become the people God is calling us to be on Castlereagh Road.

In this quiet week between Christmas and New Year’s, some of us fall into a familiar trap. We start thinking, “Now it’s time for me to pull myself together.”

But the message of Christmas frees us from the grind of self-improvement and the anxiety of wasted potential. It invites us instead to come to the one who has already done it all for us—and in doing so, frees us to live with him and for him.

There is no evening service at McQuiston this week, but we’d love for you to join us on Sunday morning at 11am for our final gathering of the year, as we seek once more to fix our eyes on Jesus rather than on ourselves.

We’d a great day in McQuiston yesterday getting ready for Christmas. Don’t forget in the busyness of this week that we’ll gather at 10am on Christmas Morning for a short time of worship and you’d be most welcome to join us.
