𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧 𝘽𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗 2026

It’s hard to believe that after months of planning and preparation, our Boomerang Bonanza has come to an end! What an action-packed week it has been! 🦘🐨

Everything wrapped up last night with another brilliant evening together — followed, of course, by a very well-deserved Chinese for all our helpers! 🥡😂

Above all, we give thanks to God for His goodness throughout the week and for the opportunity we’ve had to welcome over 100 children through the doors of the Iron Hall. We’re so thankful for every child and family we’ve had the privilege of meeting and sharing the good news of Jesus with. ❤️

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who made the week possible — to all our leaders and helpers who served so faithfully, and to everyone who supported the week practically or remembered the work in prayer. Your support has been greatly appreciated!

Although Boomerang Bonanza may be over, the work certainly isn’t. Please continue to pray for each of the children and families we’ve encountered, and for the ongoing work of Connect Kids at the Iron Hall as it gets underway again for another year. 🙏

We look forward to seeing everyone again this Sunday, and our prayer is that the seed of God’s Word planted in young hearts this week will continue to bear fruit long after the decorations have come down and the boomerangs have been packed away.

“I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.”
— 1 Corinthians 3:6

We’ve had the privilege of planting and watering — now we trust God for the increase. 🌱

Thank you for being part of Boomerang Bonanza 2026! 🪃🇦🇺

🪃 𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘’𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐀𝐘! 🇦🇺

The countdown to BOOMERANG BONANZA is over! 🌅🐨 After months of preparation, the big day has finally arrived! 🎉

Some of our leaders have been heading Down Under and getting themselves ready for an Outback adventure… but can you guess who they are? 👀

Today’s clue:

We’re not sure there’ll be too many prizes for guessing this one! 😂

While everyone else has been getting ready for their Outback adventure, this leader has been planning, organising, booking, checking lists… and probably making a few more lists just to be safe! 📝💻

And while another name appearing on the booking system might create just a little more work for her… we’re pretty sure she won’t complain! 😉

Think you know who it is? Drop your guess in the comments! 👇

Today’s clue:

She might be well known around these parts… but will the kangaroos and koalas know her too? 🦘🐨
With the bonanza about to begin tomorrow, she’s escaped for a quiet moment with a good Outback Brew! ☕👀
