Greg McDaid (Left) has been appointed as Chair of Skainos Ltd. Greg is a highly accomplished senior executive with 30 years’ experience in a variety of roles within a number of multinational organisations. Speaking after his appointment, Greg, said he felt privileged to take on this role and to working with Board colleagues to ensure Skainos continues to meet its objectives of providing a shared space for community groups, accommodation and conference facilities for the third sector. Greg succeeds Lisburn man Tom Millar who has completed eight years on the Board, five of which were as Chair EBM CongregationThe Methodist Church in Ireland

Given the current situation in regards to Covid-19 our Hosford Homelessness Services are facing additional pressures as we strive to keep our residents, clients and staff safe. This means we are facing additional costs for deep cleaning, additional staffing costs for the hostel; and emergency food and cleaning supplies for those who are most vulnerable in our hostel and who are using our tenency support services.

Could you help us during this difficult time by donating towards these additional costs by donation here or via the link below?

Just £5 could buy hand soaps to keep clients safe; £10 could buy cleaning supplies for a deep clean in our hostel; £25 could purchase an emergency food hamper for someone in need.
