The folks at Sydenham Methodist Church have set themselves a brilliant challenge of walking the distance between Belfast and Beirut, to raise vital funds for our partner FAID School for the Deaf in Lebanon!

We're cheering them on as they get those miles in!

A note from The Book Well:

Join us for a special Meet the Authors event in our shop for the start of Irish Book Week. On Saturday 17th October at 3pm, we will have with us David Gallagher- author of ‘From Feakle to the Falls and Derry’s Walls’, and Judith McQuoid, author of the book ‘Giant’- a reimagining of the childhood of C.S. Lewis. Both authors will take part in a Q&A as we gain insight into their books as well as their faith and writing journeys. Tickets are free but booking is essential as places are limited.
