A CALL FOR A NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER IN THE UK AND IRELAND

The National Day of Prayer initiative, was started by Nick Park of Evangelical Alliance Ireland & Roly Heaney of Redcross Church of Ireland, Wicklow. See comments below:

Nick Park, of Evangelical Alliance Ireland states “How we respond to Covid-19 has been an issue of stress, and sometimes division, within the Christian Church and the Evangelical community. One thing we should all be agreed upon is the need to pray urgently and fervently. Let’s unite on 31st October to intercede for Ireland. Prayer changes things. May God change our Nation."

Roly Heaney is the Minister at Redcross Church of Ireland in County Wicklow, says "God spoke into my heart during a time of prayer recently about the necessity for Christians and Churches in Ireland to unite in a National Day of Prayer on 31st October."
