💚Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

For autistic young people and adults, mental health challenges are really common. Anxiety, overwhelm, and the exhaustion that can come from masking every day – it can all build up and feel like a lot to carry.

That’s why having a space where you can truly be yourself matters so much.

Our adult group is a welcoming space for adults of all ages to come along, chat, and get support — especially if you’ve recently been diagnosed. There’s no pressure, just a relaxed environment where you can connect with others who understand. You’re also welcome to bring your own hobbies to help you focus, feel comfortable, and unwind.

We meet on the 4th Monday of every month* at the URC Church, Old Meeting Hall in Bedworth, 5:30–7:30pm.

The Repair Café is back again this Friday, 1st May.
Do you have anything that needs fixing? Or do you have skills and some spare time to volunteer and help people?
Come along to The Old Meeting URC Bedworth and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and some lovely home baked cakes while you wait for your items to be fixed.
Also on offer home made soup, filled roles and light meals.
