This year at camp, we had a side quest of our own version of the traitors in amongst all of the activities.

After a series of challenges, discombobulations, banishments and murders - the traitors finished victorious.

This term, our brigaders are doing a Youth Alpha course! This is an exciting ten week journey thinking about all the big questions in life and in our faith journey!

No matter what results you receive tomorrow, we want all of our girls to know how precious and special you each are to us, to your families, to God and to so many others! Exam results are important but they are never the only way to measure success. We are praying that you are happy with your results tomorrow but if you’re not, we pray that you remember you are so much more than the results 🫶🏻

Tomorrow, young people from across the 32 local authorities will receive their SQA results through post, email and text. Join us in praying for them and all those involved in the exam journey.
“Lord Jesus, we thank you for the young people across Scotland. We thank you for everyone who has helped them get to this point in their education journey. From parents and carers, teachers, support workers, youth workers and their friends.
We ask for you to fill everyone involved with the exam process with your peace tonight. Will all of the young people know that their identity is in you, and not in the results that they will receive.
Father God we trust that you are the one that is in control and we pray that above all else that each person knows your love tomorrow.
Father will you give every home moments of joy, peace and laughter. Will you draw near to every home and school tomorrow, for those who are rejoicing and those who are facing disappointment will each person know your unwavering love and presence through all circumstances.
In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.”

Happy International Women's day ♀️🩷🌷

I am forever grateful that I get to witness the development of utterly fantastic young women every week.
From the youngest Explorers, to our Brigaders getting ready to transition into adulthood and to those who have grown up and moved on, we will always be cheering you on!

We will post more photos over the coming days (once the leaders have slept a bit!) but we wanted to say a huge thank you to all the girls who came to camp this year for being so polite, kind, enthusiastic and FUN. Everyone at PGL kept saying how lovely they were and we were so proud of them 💛 We’ve had such a great weekend and we’re already looking forward to the next one!
