We have now resumed our Dharma evenings in Bath after the summer break and are talking about the very basic but most important foundation Buddhist teachings known as the Four Thoughts That turn the Mind to Dharma. Next Tuesday we will look at the teachings on Impermanence and Death, which quite shakes us up out of our reverie that life is ok as it is. Let's hear it how it really is! Of course, we also practice some calm abiding meditation for the first half of the session with an explanation of the method for new people. These teachings are a brilliant wake-up call and tell us how things really are. So do come along if you'd like to know more. All are welcome.

All are welcome. No need to book. Suggested donation £5 / £3
