Friends of All Saints Church Vange The Friends Group started in 2010 to support the CCT with maintaining the Old Church.

We run events such as Christmas Tree Festivals, Wedding Photo Display weekends and various other activities including gardening days. Re Open 25th June 2022

Friends of All Saints Church Vange SS16 4QF are holding their very first FLORAL ARRANGEMENT DISPLAY weekend 5th & 6th September between 10am - 3pm.
Visit them to view the beautiful display of flower arrangements based on a Poem & Nursery Rhyme & you are invited to vote for your favorite.
Plus BASILDON HERITAGE will be displaying some lovely old photos of a bygone era.
View the old photos showing Vange, Pitsea and surrounding area.
There will be a craft table to buy some lovely bits.
Try your luck on the raffle
And, as always, Refreshments will be on offer, including some old fashioned home made cake.

The church was closed today due to tree pollarding by the council.
Sorry 😔 for any inconvenience.
Hopefully the trees will look beautiful next year 🤞

Thank You to Christina from the Bats Protection society, for a wonderful talk tonight.
She gave our group of 20 people lots of facts (Bats 🦇 aren't blind / there are 1500 different types of bats in the world/ 18 types in UK alone!)
Then we watched the bats fly around the church & listen to them on the Bat Detectors.
A very interesting subject 🦇😊
