Barnstaple Baptist Church Building bridges in Barnstaple/Connecting people with Jesus Christ Our Sunday worship is contemporary, whilst remaining true to age-old Christian tradition.

We are a fellowship of Christians who believe we are called by God the Father, saved by God the Son and empowered by God the Holy Spirit to serve Him within Barnstaple, in North Devon and to the ends of the earth. There has been a Baptist church building in Boutport Street since 1833, but, while the exterior has remained relatively unchanged over the intervening 179 years, the sanctuary is modern

and very appropriate for a lively, worshipping community. We sing new Christian songs, together with the great hymns of faith - the words being displayed on the screen at the front. Song books are available for those who might need them. Our services are at 10.30 a.m. every Sunday and every third Sunday at 6.30 p.m.
