If you missed Pastor Kay's sermon on our bodies as temples this sunday evening you can catch up with the video below.

In this sermon, Pastor David Kay explores the concept of the human body as a temple. He draws upon the biblical narrative of the temple in Jerusalem and its role as a place for God's presence to dwell with his people. The pastor highlights the significance of the temple language in the New Testament, which refers to the people of God as the temple. He emphasizes that if a person identifies as a Jesus follower, their body is a temple, where God's presence dwells.

Pastor David also addresses the issue of fornication as a sin against the body, which is different from other sins. He explains that fornication defiles the temple, which is the human body, and it dehumanizes and animalizes the individual. The pastor concludes the sermon by reminding the listeners that they are not their own, but they were bought with a price. He encourages the people to glorify God in their body and maintain the temple without defilement. He ends the sermon by calling upon the people to thank God for their sexuality and the opportunity to demonstrate what a God-indwelt person is like.

As we think about Christmas and all the elements that come with the celebration, often the real meaning of Christmas is lost. That is, the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ; however, very rarely do we spend much time thinking about why he was born. Jesus Christ was born to reconcile man to God, the separation of which was caused by 'SIN'. Read our latest article to find out what sin is and why sin was the ultimate cause of Christmas.
