St. Paul's Brierley, Church of England

The page of the Church of St Paul the Apostle, Brierley.

One of the four Anglican churches serving the communities of Grimethorpe, Brierley, Ryhill, South Kirkby, Havercroft, Cold Hiendly and Wintersett. Located on the borders of South and West Yorkshire within the diocese of Leeds we are three congregations witnessing to Jesus Christ in an area undergoing exciting regeneration and development. In the midst of change we believe in the constancy of Jesus Christ as a sure foundation and shepherd. We seek to witness to his presence in the sacramental life of the Church, and in the love and service of others. We are parishes of the Society of St Wilfrid & St Hilda; Anglican Christians worshipping in the beauty of our Catholic heritage.

Tomorrow (Tuesday 15th September) at 10 am, there will be a Mass in the Priory Benefice at All Saints Church, South Kirkby to remember the Battle of Britain flight.

Come along and be part of the remembrance of this important day.
