Joyful Joy continues to work from our Wellbeing centre every 2nd Tuesday and will return this Tuesday 26th July from 10am.

Pop in and chat to Joy confidentially about any anxiety or depression you may be facing or to hear more info about what Aware NI do to help support a wide range of mental health illnesses. 💛

Some of our wonderful people organised a day trip to the Ards Peninsula last week.

Visiting places such as Greyabbey for coffee, lunch at Saltwater Brig and the ferry across Strangford and then on to Castleward.

A great day had by everyone! ❤

The last of the Diabetes Live Well Hub sessions will take place next Tuesday 26th July!

There has been great support for these events and well turned out!
