Join us this Sunday as we celebrate 4 years of Memory Lane Church Bangor. We will be meeting as usual from 3-4pm at Hamilton Road Baptist Church.

Our service is informal and we welcome anyone living with dementia and their loved ones to join us.

Dementia Through the Lens of Faith, with Rev. Frank Beattie.

All welcome at this session as Frank shares his knowledge and experience of dementia and how the church can support and care for those with dementia and their loved ones.

We meet on Easter Sunday this month to celebrate the resurrection with hymns, songs and readings.

Our dementia friendly service starts with refreshments, we then have singing, prayers, a short talk and sometimes an activity. It is an informal gathering and all those with dementia are welcome along with their loved ones and carers.

Alzheimer’s Society is hosting a Dementia Friends session at Clandeboye Community Café on Wed 4 Feb, 12–1.30pm in Clandeboye Village Hall.

Learn more about dementia and how to support people in our community. All attendees become Dementia Friends and receive a badge.

Great to have so many brave the weather to join us today. We sang some Christmas songs (12 days of Christmas ends tomorrow!) and much loved choruses. As we do every month, we choose a verse from the promise box remembering that we stand on the promises of God.
