🎉🙏🏽 50 Years of Covenant Faithfulness! 🙏🏽🎉

Yesterday, we celebrated our 50th Anniversary in Bangor FPC!

As a church we have enjoyed five decades of God's goodness, provision, and steadfast care. What a God we serve!

Over the past 50 years fashion has changed, faces have changed, families have changed - but our Father hasn't changed! He's still the same loving, merciful God yesterday, today, and forever. He's still the God of revival!

Yesterday we enjoyed the preaching of Rev. Greer in the morning service, and Rev. S. Murray in the evening service. Our hearts were also touched by the musical ministry of Rebekah Walker.

From 9:45-11:30am, your wee one can enjoy lots of toys, arts and crafts, singing and music, and of course yummy snacks 🍉🍪🍌

The adults will also get to enjoy tea, coffee and some treats 🤗

Nepal holds a special and historic place on the hearts of God's people in Bangor.

We remember today that over every crisis there is a Christ. He lives and reigns today, and is still working all things together for good to them that love God.

Please remember this land in your prayers, and give as you are able to the emergency aid fund launched by our Mission Board

𝗡𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 – 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗔𝗶𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗹
Nepal's death toll has exceeded 1,000 after last week's devastating floods, and officials say over 4,000 are missing. Rescue efforts continue despite the heavy rains and risk of further flooding.

In conjunction with our partners in Nepal, the Mission Board have now launched an Emergency Aid Appeal to provide aid for the area. It is planned that our friends in Kathmandu will travel to the affected areas and distribute aid, including tents, rice and other food and blankets. Your help to provide the necessary funds will be greatly appreciated as we try to do all we can to help the needy people of Nepal.

We’d love to invite you to our special family night service tomorrow evening 🙌

Whether you’ve been with us before, or you’re a stranger - we’d love to see you and your family this Sunday Night at 6pm 🕕

Tomorrow night we’re joined by Rev. Marcus Lecky and his wife Cherith! We look forward to a truly blessed night, as they minister to us in song, and each give a personal word of testimony to the saving and keeping power of Christ the Saviour!
