Registration for Ballyholme CSSM opens at 7pm TONIGHT! Lots of useful information below to help with the registration process.
Hi everyone! We’ve got some guidance that will hopefully help Thursday’s registration evening run smoothly. Please read all of the following information carefully.
Registration will open on Thursday 21st May 2026 at 19:00 UK time at the following link: https://suni.jotform.com/form/ballyholme-cssm-registration-form
All year groups are based on the school year for September 2026
Minis: P1 & P2
Micros: P3 & P4
Minors: P5 & P6
Majors: P7 & Year 8
Midis: Year 9 & Year 10
Maxis: Year 11, Year 12 & Year 13
For all sections except for Maxis, the programme is one week long and you have a choice when registering of selecting Week A (week beginning 6th July 2026), Week B (week beginning 13th July 2026) or Either if you’re flexible with dates. This year we have a greater number of volunteer leaders for Week A and consequently more places available. The Maxi program runs for two weeks, but if you are only available for one week it would be greatly appreciated if you could select this when filling in the form.
The Family Code
This allows us to group siblings together and avoid any disadvantage to anyone submitting multiple forms for siblings. The first submission can then be tied to any subsequent siblings with the same family code. One form needs to be submitted for each child or young person attending CSSM.
To create your unique family code please add your house number, surname (without special characters) and the last two digits of your phone number. This must be referenced in each consent form submitted.

After submitting your information, you will get an email to confirm that your form has been received. We will then aim to process the forms within two weeks and inform you by email if you have successfully secured a place for this summer. For those unsuccessful we will operate a waiting list if spaces become available.
