Drumoak Durris Church Drumoak Durris Church, a Church of Scotland church, serves the communities of Drumoak and Durris in Aberdeenshire, North East Scotland, UK.

We have two churches - Durris Church on the south side of the River Dee and Drumoak Church on the north side, linked by the Park Bridge. Durris Church, Durris, Banchory, AB31 6BQ
Drumoak Church, Drumoak, Banchory AB31 5DZ

Services are at Durris on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month and at Drumoak on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays of the month, starting at 10.00am.

DURRIS CHURCH DOORS OPEN

Durris Church shall be open on Sunday 9th March from 2pm to 3pm to allow a final visit in person before the building is sold.

Although there will not be a service of worship, this will provide an opportunity for quiet reflection and personal prayer for those with a past connection to the church.

FINAL SERVICE OF WORSHIP IN DURRIS
With the sale of Durris Church now close to conclusion, the monthly Thursday service at 11.30h. on 27th February will be the last service of worship to be held in the church. This will be a poignant moment for many of us and whilst the last ‘regular’ Sunday service in Durris was held at the end of 2023, this will give those of us who are free to attend an additional opportunity to reflect once more upon what the church here has meant to so many people and give thanks for that.
Teas and coffees will be available as usual before the service from 11.00h.
