Nepal's death toll has exceeded 1,000 after last week's devastating floods, and officials say over 4,000 are missing. Rescue efforts continue despite the heavy rains and risk of further flooding.

In conjunction with our partners in Nepal, the Mission Board have now launched an Emergency Aid Appeal to provide aid for the area. It is planned that our friends in Kathmandu will travel to the affected areas and distribute aid, including tents, rice and other food and blankets. Your help to provide the necessary funds will be greatly appreciated as we try to do all we can to help the needy people of Nepal.

๐ŸŽชDay 5 ๐ŸŽช

Friday night we welcomed family and friends to the Big Tent for games, crafts, a BBQ and concluded our time together learning more from God's Word. We learnt how God looks on the heart and not the outward appearance and how we are saved by the grace of God if we confess our sins and trust in Him.

At 16:30 today we will conclude our Holiday Bible Club and see the commencement of our Mission which will take place this week. Weekdays at 20:00 at the tent on the Ballycreen Road and finishing on Sunday 30th at 7pm in our church. Please come join us!

๐ŸŽชDAY 4๐ŸŽช

Hard to believe we are nearing the end of our Holiday Bible Club. Tonight's focus was on Saul's threat on David's life and yet how David fully forgave Saul despite this. We were reminded that this is a picture of how Christ forgives us if we turn from our sin and ask for His forgiveness.

For the final night of the Junior Helpers devotional time we enjoyed some snacks and s'mores around the fire before discussing how we are called to cast all our cares unto the Lord.

Looking forward to more fun and fellowship tomorrow evening at 18:30. Friends and family would be made most welcome. Come along and see what the children have been getting up to.
