Drumaheagles LOL 1099
13th July 2026 Arrangements

Drumaheagles LOL 1099 meeing at Drumaheagles Orange Hall at 9am Monday, 13th July 2026. Meeting will open at 9am! As many Brethren as possible to attend. Our usual meeting format, Prayer for bereaved in recognition of Lodge, Band Members and Family we have lost in the past year. Toast to HM The King.
Travel to Balnamore via motor vehicle convoy, all vehicles to park in car park adjacent Burnside Park/Balnamore War Memorial.
Parade will form up at 10am in the Car Park led by Drumaheagles Young Defenders accompanied by Drumaheagles LOL 1099 and Drumaheagles Junior LOL 99 and any guest/visiting Brethren, Sisters and Juniors.
Traditional Parade around Balnamore - Burnside Park/Millicent Avenue, Balnamore Road, Grove Park, Balnamore Road, Beechwood Drive, Lime Park, Millicent Avenue/Burnside Park, Balnamore Road, Balnamore War Memorial.
Service of Remembrance and Wreath Laying at approximately 10:40am.
After conclusion of parade and wreath laying, Band and Lodges to travel by motor vehicle convoy to Ballymoney via Milltown/Gate End.
Parade will reform approximately 11am along Castle Street, Meeting House Street, Main Street, High Street, Townhead Street, North Road, enter Showgrounds.
On Main Parade Drumaheagles Band and Lodges will also be joined by our good friends in Topp Star LOL 904, Topp Star WLOL 195 and Daughters of Topp Star JWLOL 15 as well as on return parade.

It won't be lost on most that this year is the 110th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme. A pivotal event in the evolution and development of what would become Northern Ireland and the psyche of many of those within its borders- indeed also with many across the world with a shared sense of identity.

This Thursday in Clough Village (County Down), there will be an evening looking at the Battle, but also refreshing on the events that led to that point including the Ulster Volunteers and their transition into the 36th Ulster Division.

The venue is Clough Orange Hall, with hosts Clough Chosen Few JLOL 124.

🟠 One Month to Go!

The countdown is officially on – in just one month's time, people across Northern Ireland will come together to mark the Twelfth of July.

With parades, music, fellowship and celebration, the Twelfth is one of the most significant dates in the Orange calendar.

This year, with the 12th falling on a Sunday, demonstrations will take place on Monday 13th July.

Whether you're taking part, supporting behind the scenes or planning to attend your local demonstration, we hope you'll join us as we celebrate our shared values of Faith, Heritage, Charity and Family.
